Service Membership is designed to accommodate those individuals and organizations who require a service Service Requesters and those individuals (Experts) and organizations (Specialist Companies) wishing to provide services Service Providers.

e-service-expert.com provides its service members with everything required to ensure that Service Requesters can find, share, collaborate and work on e-service projects together with professional Service Providers in a safe and efficient manner.

Each piece of work submitted through e-service-expert.com starts life as a work package - this is usually associated with a key deliverable. A project may consist of a number of work packages. Payment for services is linked to the work package - this protects our service members - both the service requester and the service provider equally.

e-service-expert provides all the tools and processes necessary to undertake small pieces of work or large projects using the work package system.

It enables service members to conduct the majority of their business online - in an efficient and cost-effective way at a fraction of the cost of on site consulting.

Of course, both parties are free to arrange on site visits and make their own arrangement accordingly. e-service-expert.com ascribes to the 80:20 rule - 80% of the work at 20% of the cost!

Once you have agreed the preliminaries with your Service Provider - they will invite you into their secure Work Center to share with you their detailed plans, documents, schedules, time sheets, methods and learning.

Armed with $000's of the the very best 'cloud based' Saas software tools for online virtual consulting they will be able to undertake projects, develop and teach courses; meet, mentor and coach, schedule events, provide presentations and webinars for your staff, etc.

Posting Work

To encourage you to try out this new form of work all of your services are entirely FREE (See Full Conditions Below).

You will be able to post work, receive proposals from experts across the world, meet your expert or expert panel online - real time, track progress, approve payments, make safe and secure payments based on deliverables, report progress and much much more.

Additional services such as escrow payments (for additional security) may attract a small additional charge - all of this is paid for out of a small transaction commission applied to the payment before a service provider is paid.

As commissions go - this is a tiny percentage of what you would normally pay for the work, meaning much more is actually passed on to the service provider. Everyone is a winner!

Because we need to protect our service providers too - we will need more information from you, other than that you simply need to be a registered Free Member (Basic or Premium). It couldn't be simpler.

Posting Collaborations & RFIs

To encourage clients and service provider company's to form alliances, participate in collaborations, strategic partnerships and other mutual support activities well ahead of any formal tendering process - requests for these can be posted alongside normal work requests.

This we feel will stimulate market activity and opportunity for service members, improve the transfer of knowledge before purchases are made and lead to far better e-service outcomes.
