He has headed up major e-government, e-health, e-commerce,e-education, postal, land, infrastucture, property and spatial programs in the UK, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Botswana, PNG and Cyprus. He has undertaken work for major private companies, e.g. Woolworths, Du-pont, Mazda Cars, British Telecom, Telecom New Zealand, Yorkshire Electricity and Pioneer Steel.
