Service Requests

Making a service request has never been easier. You have a number of ways to do it: Post a service request or requirement (Delivery based Payments)

Go to the Post a Service Request Page and provide the details of the work to be done, budget, delivery dates, contact details and choices, contact by date, etc.

Then Either:

A) An expert will prepare a proposal for you and establish a work plan with you, agree deliverables, delivery dates and payment schedules, etc.

B) If no expert has contacted you by your nominated 'contact by date' e-service-expert.com can at your request undertake a expert search on your behalf, if successful - the process reverts to A) above.

Discuss a service and define with an expert (Free Service)

If you are not entirely sure what exactly you need - don't worry. Simply go to the Post a Service Request Page - here you will find various processes to obtain Free expert advice and guidance to establishing a tailor made project for you. Again there are two ways to do this:

1) Select an expert from our list and e-service-expert.com will arrange an online meeting to discuss your requirements with them.

You can check out the registered experts and see what they provide as part of their 'relationship portfolio' and even book a Free Session with your chosen expert Choose & Book

2) Alternatively, allow e-service-expert to select an expert or experts to discuss and define your project with you.

Check the Status of Your Outsourced Work

The Work Room

Once your request has been posted its status will be maintained in the Work Room until such times as the work finishes or it is possibly canceled by either the Service Requester or Service Provider at the Work Room.

The Work Room is where you both the Service Requester and Service Provider signal INITIAL ACCEPTANCE (Signaled by an Orange Traffic Light), FINAL ACCEPTANCE (Green Light) or Rejection of a Proposal (Red Traffic Light).

There is no obligation by either party until both parties have signaled their FINAL ACCEPTANCE of the Proposal at which e-service-expert.com's standard SERVICE AGREEMENT applies.

By checking in the Work Room you will know if a proposal awaits you - this is handy if you have posted a number of Service Requests, or have broken your project up into a number of smaller pieces of work.

Once you have signaled INITIAL ACCEPTANCE your chosen Service Provider will arrange an initial online meeting where you can discuss final arrangements, ask questions, etc.

If you are happy with the arrangements your Service Provider will place an e-Plan online enabling you to access it from anywhere in the world at anytime and where you can later track the progress of your project. When both parties have signaled FINAL ACCEPTANCE at the Work Room (Two Green Lights). You will need to Deposit Funds for the first agreed deliverable with e-service-expert.com who will maintain these funds in escrow until completion of the first agreed deliverable.

Full Control of Your e-service Project

e-Manage your Project at the Project Office

This is where most of the work gets done and where most of the connection with your service provider takes place. Naturally, at this stage you can nominate a representative to undertake this work for you...and manage the overall progress of your e-service project.

Your Service Provider can draw from an array of easy to use tools to e-manage the work. All you need to do is enter a user name and password to access them at any time - before work, during work - after work, on vacation, whilst traveling, etc.

Your Service Provider can even go even run through it all with you online and even show you on your own screen!

You and the Service Provider will have full control of the project - forget all the trials and tribulations of on-site project management - start and enjoy the real benefits of e-managing your projects and watch your productivity soar.

You will have at your disposal everything you need to ensure that virtual consulting is every bit as efficient and effective as on site consulting, no matter what work you have outsourced. And of course a whole lot more cost effective!

It may take you a little while to get used to 'virtual consulting' but when you see how easy it is and how effective it is too - you'll think there is no other way.
