Remember, everything you do in the Service Center is entirely free of charge...you can post a service request or discuss an upcoming project with experts or specialist companies and come back to the meeting room anytime - in fact your Service Provider will probably suggest another meeting. That's right - its Free Consulting!

What is more, at e-service-expert.com we do our best to ensure that you receive impartial 'non-sales' advice. Whilst we cannot promise that our Service Providers refrain from getting enthusiastic about their products and services we believe that what you need up front is some good honest advice...so 'overt selling' is strictly verboten!! We are here to convince you that anything that can be done on site can be done twice a good virtually...we at e-service-expert are convinced this is the way of the future - greener, cheaper AND more effective!

Virtual consulting can have many advantages over ordinary face-to-face consulting. For example, things get done more often and much faster(believe me), better value for money, can get things done whilst others sleep.... so what are you waiting for?

It can be a good idea to post a service request and talk to an expert about it...you can always change it but it might help identify interested individuals and companies with special expertise sooner rather than later.

Tell Me About the Meeting Room Set-Up

Once your meeting time is approved you will be sent an email to confirm it. In addition you will then be sent an email with the details you need to join the meeting at the scheduled time. There are a few details in case you have any difficulties, but usually you simply click the join meeting button or link at the appropriate time and you will be taken directly to the secure online conferencing room to meet the approved Service Provider.

Note: You do not need to download any software onto you computer.

Here you Service Provider can guide you through any questions you may have regarding the meeting tool and will be able to pull up any of your websites for discussion or your e-service-expert.com service Service Request page if you have posted one...so its a good idea to post one.

They can draw diagrams for you on the whiteboard, browse documents or project schedules with you and show you applications or documents on his machine...whilst you talk and message.

You, won't need anything other than a notepad and paper to jot down all the good advice..and a recorded transcript can be sent to you after if you request it at the start of the meeting. Hey! that's better than a 'Bricks and Mortar' meeting room.

Time Zones

Note that all e-service experts, no matter where they are in world are scheduled according to Greenwich Mean Time GMT. Therefore all you have to do is allow for the time in your specific location.

Example 1: You are in Saudi Arabia - GMT+3 hrs. Look at the available times for your chosen expert - let's say that there is an available slot at 1500 hrs GMT. That would be 1800 hrs in Saudi Arabia (15+3)- if that's good for you make your booking and a confirmatory email will be sent to you.

Example 2: You are in New York - GMT-7hrs. Look at the available times for your chosen expert - let's say that there is an available slot at 2300 hrs GMT. That would be 1600 hrs in New York (23-7)- if that's good for you make your booking and a confirmatory email will be sent to you.

Example 3: You are in Auckland - GMT +12hrs. Look at the available times for your chosen expert - let's say that there is an available slot at 1800 hrs GMT on the 22nd. That would be 0600 hrs in Auckland on the 23rd. (18+12 = 30 6hrs past Midnight 30-24)- if that's good for you make your booking and a confirmatory email will be sent to you.

Aside from an email to confirm your meeting time. You will also receive instructions for logging in to our online meeting room where you will meet your chosen expert face-to-face, he will be able to guide you through a small presentation or show you the tools that can be deployed for particular engagement - you will find it the most natural online experience.
