1. The majority of courses require secure login and authentication to e-service-expert.com Learning Management System LMS. obtainable through subscribing as a Free Member or via Corporate Membership (See Below).
2. Some courses can be accessed directly from this website - usually affiliated courses, which may have separate login requirements in which case simply follow the instructions.
3. In addition some LMS courses can be purchased directly from this website by credit card - in which case simply follow the instructions the entire process is an automatic e-service.
4. Please note that in some circumstances your Access to the LMS will also be provided to you indirectly to the email address you have provided. In which case the relevant login links and necessary details will be provided on the email.

Access to the various LMS courses is by either:

1. By Free Membership - Basic and Premium
or
2. By Prepaid Company Membership
or
3. By Direct Payment via Credit Card

Free Membership

Free (Basic) Membership provides access to Free Courses and Presentations and is automatically provided to those subscribing to this web site.

In addition, regular contributors that have web pages published on this site will be invited to accept Free(Premium)Membership which entitles them to additional training courses and special events from time to time - Free of charge or at a nominal administrative charge - maximum USD10.00. Free Members will also receive discount offers from time to time for chargeable e-learning courses.

Prepaid Corporate Membership

In this case organizations have their own separate training area established on e-service-expert.com. designed to meet their specific training requirements. In which case you will receive login instructions from your organization.

Direct Payment via Credit Card

Individuals simply click on the desired course from the list of chargeable courses below and will be invited to make payment by credit card via the secure paypal system. The entire process is automatic and all relevant access details will be provided to you on the confirmatory email. You have two options:

You can purchase access for one course for completion within a set period of time at a one time cost.

or

You can purchase access for a period of time and be presented with new courses according to your training plan.
