Service Provider, Work, Job, Contracted The Service Provider and Service Requester enter the Work Center once the Service Provider has identified and understood the Client's needs and Clarified the root cause or issues to be addressed at the Service Center.

Service Provider

  1. The Service Provider prepares a detailed plan and start-up documentation detailing key activities and schedules the timing of reports, products (deliverables or outcomes)and payment drawdown milestones for Final Agreement by the Service Requester.
  2. The Service Provider then proceeds implement the plan and reporting schedule. Providing reports and arranging online meetings, walk throughs, etc., with the Service Requester
  3. The Service Provider undertakes configurations management (Version Control) for all products and delivers the final products for Final Approval by the Service Requester
  4. The Service Provider receives Payment Notification at the Payment Center.



Service Requester

  1. The Service Requester agrees with the Service Provider any modifications to the detailed plan and the Service Provider makes the necessary changes to the start-up documentation prior to obtaining Final Agreement by the Service Requester.
  2. The Service Requester reviews all products and reports from the Service Provider and meets online to discuss any issues and track progress with the Service Provider.
  3. The Service Requester having resolved any issues with the delivered products completes the acceptance process and takes delivery of the product/s signaling their Final Approval and subsequent drawdown of deposited funds to the Service Provider.
  4. The Service Requester then enters the Payment Center to release any funds due.
