Welcome to All or New International Visitors

With over eighty countries visiting in September we are keen to make our target of 100 countries. So help us - tell one of your international colleagues. In January we will publish the results.

Unfortunately, we have tried to automate this but alas, the tools available only seem to measure the one page that it is inserted on...so if anyone knows of one that doesn't....?

That we should continue to be of interest to our many international visitors during a period of major construction, reconstruction and refresh of the site - is we think a testimony to the fact that we are doing something right and we have received some excellent reviews which is feeding even more traffic to the site.

Clearly, traffic is the lifeblood of any site and we are keen to attract new visitors and hopefully members - to create a vibrant e-community. With so much in store waiting to be released over the coming months we are sure you will not be disappointed. Join the e-service Revolution

Month by month we are excited to see a growing band of international guests coming to e-service-expert.com from around the world.

It has taken and continues to take longer than we envisaged but we are heartened by the response and working hard to turn this site into the best site for e-services on the web. From small acorns big oak trees grow!

Of course this will not happen overnight, over the year and years you will see a steady stream of improvements - content, layout, tools, and much more. How else are we going to attract visitors from right across the globe - remember our target is to have regular visitors from 100 countries each month by December 2010.

There will be more international 'big country' stuff and a load more stuff for the small business just wanting to get online ... so whether your interested in the big stuff or the little stuff or both ... we at e-service-expert.com treat it as big enough for us.

Ask questions - uses the current forms to communicate with us you don't have to wait for April the first or the new question and answer service we will be introducing shortly.

Scribble down your thoughts on them or spend some time to create an interesting article or web page ... the facilities are there, even if they take a bit of finding at the moment!

Do you have e-service expertise?

What advice would you give? We want to hear about strategy, problems encountered (and hopefully how solved), cultural issues, project & program management ... indeed anything you feel to be of use to e-service developers and managers. You can contribute a case study, white paper, step by step guide, photos, FAQs, or just tips & hints. Tell us a bit about yourself too - name of program, objectives, employer, your role ... and so on. No advertising please! Come on - share your e-service expertise!
