How it Works - 5,4,3,2,1...
Delegates
This is the idea behind Success Online! Four hand picked Delegates will each establish a small chapters of successful online business chapters in their locality.
To be recognized as a local Chapter it must consist of a minimum of five mutually supporting online businesses. Each of these online businesses must be established by individuals or groups with limited or no technical knowledge of the Internet, other than that necessary to send an email but are motivated to own an online business.
They might be existing small shop owners, retired individuals, work at home mums, students...average people in your community who want, need and are motivated to producing a successful online business.
Each Delegate will be responsible for growing their respective community of future netpreneurs working with, helping to set-up and supporting Delegates in neighboring localities.
They will use proven Success Online techniques, tools and support from e-service-expert.com to ensure their online businesses succeed.
The Delegates Goal is to create a mutually supportive cooperative of 20 online businesses in their country. Ideally, these should be based in or near a major town or city where Internet access can be arranged...if not at home within an Internet Cafe, Community College, University, Village Center, etc.
Ambassadors
The Delegates will work together to locate and select an Ambassador/s. The typical Ambassador will need influence in Government - either locally, regionally or centrally. Their job will be to solicit the support of all three levels of government with support from e-service-expert.com. With demonstrable success at the local level this should prove relatively easy.
Ambassadors are key to the successful expansion of Success Online's e-commerce for everyone concept...getting government to back a sure fired success and one that will ultimately transform the economy.
At the City Level:
The Ambassador will need to seek out the support of the city fathers to sponsor and support the upcoming online business cluster through a variety of means, e.g. providing facilities, funding, etc.
At the Regional Level:
The Ambassador will act as a catalyst for developing the program towards the specific industry or regional strengths, e.g. viticulture, textiles, tourism, etc., engaging chambers of commerce and helping form links between key offline industry and local online businesses in the region. The regions should be encouraged to put in place infrastructure to support e-commerce, e.g. e-learning, enhanced postal and fulfillment services, drop shipping facilities, trading hubs to support the online growth of cities and towns and boosting the economic benefits.
At the Central Government Level:
The Ambassador's role is to engage with the e-government program (if their is one) to integrate online business cluster development with the development of related e-government services, e.g. online business registration. The objective being to boost adoption of e-services across the board with this push and pull strategy...something that most governments are keen to do and must do to deliver the savings inherent in the use of electronically enabled government services.
