Getting Paid for Services
at the Payment Center
To ensure you have the complete picture - please ensure you also read the Service Requester Process - Paying for Your Service at the Payment Center (Above).
Step A Until a Proposal and its Associated Payment and Delivery Plans are Agreed by the Service Requester all efforts on the part of the Service Provider are normally Free unless prior agreement is obtained from e-service-expert.com.
Note A.1: We consider this as part of the Service Providers commitment to building a Rapport Portfolio and our commitment and philosophy that ALL work undertaken during the Service Request Stage is undertaken Free of any charges to the Service Requester at the Free Service Center.
Step B Once the Service Requester has Agreed to your Proposal and associated Payment and Delivery Plans (Schedule of Deliverables and Payments)the Service Requester must Deposit Funds for the First Deliverable into Escrow with e-service-expert.com OR into the independent Escrow.
The Service Requester now becomes the Service Provider's Client for this Delivery. At which time the Service Provider formally invites their Client into the Work Center where you can arrange for Client Access to some or all of the tools you want them to have access to. This is limited access appropriate to a client's needs, i.e. to review and track progress, meet and take delivery.
Note B.1: The deposited funds are kept securely in Escrow until you have made your First Delivery and the Client has Approved the Release of Funds for that Deliverable.
Note B.2: Paid work is undertaken once you have formally invited your client to the Work Center to undertake the work associated with a funded deliverable.
Note B.3: You may opt to re-enter the Service Center for the next piece of work...helping to further cement relationships and acceptance of the virtual consulting experience (Recommended).
Note B.4: For the purposes of clarity an independent Escrow agreement is between e-service-expert.com and the Client NOT between e-service-expert.com and the Service Provider.
Step C Once Approval to Release Funds is received from the Client all Fees due the Service Provider less e-service-expert.coms fees, transaction costs and retention fees (if any) are made directly to the Service Provider according to their pre-arranged preferences, e.g. bank transfer, bank draft, Paypal, etc.
Note C.1: Please Allow up to Fourteen (14) days (Usually Less) for a transfer to be effected.
Note C.2: e-service-expert.com will on Approval by the client take steps to transfer all funds due (see Step 3 above)to the Service Provider with immediate effect and without any pre-condition.
To be absolutely clear, Approval by the Service Requester is considered as the sole reason and only authority needed to transfer funds to the Service Provider.
Note C.3: Currently, SafeKiwi will only accept Funds denominated in New Zealand Dollars. Therefore, Funds will be converted and transferred to you or can be transferred into a foreign currency account established by you for the purpose of receiving foreign currency.
Note C.4: We recommend the use of retention fees, say 5%, on each deliverable for any follow up work. e-service-expert will monitor this and act as an independent quality assurance. This avoids the unreasonable withholding of funds and safeguards both Service Provider and their Client.
Note C.5: In the unlikely event that a dispute arises between Service Requester (Client) and the Service Provider over delivery...e-service-expert will in the first instance act as an independent quality assurance and seek to resolve the dispute.
Importantly, e-service-expert maintains a complete audit of the work through the tools it provides to the Service Provider and the access rights afforded to Clients.
The judicious use of the virtual consulting suite also contribute to your protection under New Zealand Law. This suite enables e-service-expert to act as an Independent Quality Assurance providing you with extra evidential protection should any dispute require independent arbitration.
